When you mention the term sex symbol, most people probably imagine Marilyn Monroe, Brigitte Bardot or Sophia Loren, actually. This temperamental Italian beauty with a captivating gaze was one of the stars of the global film industry especially in the 60's and 70's, and has charmed many men. Even though her face has been subject to time and a few plastic surgeries, we definitely wouldn't mind looking like this at 85!

Sophia Loren's two passions

The luxurious and playful GCDS x BARILLA campaign is titled "Dinner's Ready" and combines two of Sophia Loren's passions - fashion and spaghetti! Just remember her iconic quote.

GCDS: Newbie in the fashion business

The Barilla brand likely needs no introduction, you might have several of its products at home in your cupboards or in the pantry. It's been on the market for an admirable 142 years! The fashion brand GCDS is a newbie on the other hand - it was founded in Milan in 2015 by brothers Giuliano and Giordiano Calza.

From hoodies to sexy disco style leotards

What is hidden within the name GCDS? It means God Can’t Destroy Streetwear. The brand first started off with designing hoodies with the GCDS logo on the front; these days you can find luxurious leotards, crop tops, bomber jackets, mini dresses or jewelry among its products. This year the brand also put a line of lipsticks on the market, one of which is named Marijuana. It appears that we will keep hearing about it!
