Although it is not a completely new project, it should not remain unnoticed. With its unique location on the Vltava River, its interesting architecture and the above-standard equipment that is provided with excellent service, it really is a true “residential diamond”.
This residential campus is located on Rohanské nábřeží Street, close to the bicycle path that runs along the river where there are also tennis courts, a golf course and a fitness centre. The new luxury restaurants and bars in Karlín invite you to spend your pleasant evenings on their terraces and in their summer gardens. It is located within walking distance of the metro and trams or in less than 15 minutes you can also drive to any point in the city centre.
In the River Diamond Residence you will find luxurious apartments of varying sizes that are available for sale or for rent. They boast of a high standard of facilities and other luxurious amenities. Their design is the work of the Mimolimit Studio headed by interior designer Bára Škorpilová. Some apartments have terraces or balconies that offer luxurious panoramic views of Prague. The apartments automatically include a parking space and a cellar. The building is provided with a Concierge and the security services are in operation 24 hours a day.
The lower parts of the maisonettes have their own private entrances to the front yard garden located in the inner courtyard, where there are very pleasant areas with little lakes in which to relax amongst the greenery.
The River Diamond Residence boasts of its ultra-modern architecture, backed by the reputable Šafer Hájek Architects Studio. The south wing of the building is clad with sandstone and it constitutes an abstract composition. The balconies face the river side and interweave around the building in an interesting manner. The main entrance to the building is from the surrounding pedestrian zone, while the basement garages can be reached via an underground tunnel.
Commercial areas where there are luxury stores also have their place there.
The construction of the residence began in 2004 and when it was completed in 2007 it received the Building of the Year Award.
