The latest numbers of coronavirus infections peaked in California. The situation is even worse than it was during the first wave in August. For the first time since May, the daily number exceeded 2,000. From this midnight on, the western state is therefore banned from going out after ten o'clock in the evening.

There are now more than 12 million confirmed patients across America, with over a quarter of a million deaths. This is by far the highest number of victims in the world. Yesterday, tests revealed a record 195,000 coronavirus infections in the United States, as shown by data published by the American Johns Hopkins University (JHU).

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) appealed to Americans to avoid unnecessary travel and limit social gatherings during the Thanksgiving holiday on November 26 to prevent increased transmission. This holiday regularly marks the busiest week for traveling in the USA. Last year, 26 million people passed through the country's airports during the holiday week.

The Australian singer, famous through her ongs "Chandelier" or "Elastic Heart", posted a trailer for the upcoming film "Music", which she wrote and directed herself, on her Twitter.

"The news you've all been waiting for,"

shared the singer on Twitter, along with a short demo to be released early next year. The movie should feature, for example, Kate Hudson and Maddie Zieger, who has collaborated with the singer on a number of music videos and became famous for the dancing talent she'd shown in the music video for the single "Chandelier", which flew around the world.

In the movie, the 18-year-old actress and dancer portrays a teenage girl with autism, who alleviates her emotions with medication. However, several fans fundamentally disagree with her portraying the role and question her casting choice. According to them, Sia should cast a real actor with autism instead.

"That wasn't a good move on Sia's part. There are so many talented autistic actors to choose from, "

the National Autistic Society commented on the post.

One of the world's most famous chefs, Gordon Ramsey, donated $ 50,000, which is about a million crowns, to help former "MasterChef Junior" contestant Ben Watkins, who suffered from a rare type of cancer. In 2018, the aspiring chef appeared in the sixth season of the cooking competition and got into top eighteen.

In August, Watkins' fellow contestants, along with jurors Ramsay, Tosi and Sánchez, teamed up to create a video message on YouTube, wishing him a speedy recovery. The video also encouraged viewers to contribute to the #Love4BenGoFundMe site, set up to help cover hospital bills.

"It's simply an incredible gesture, we can't believe it,"

Watkins' uncle Anthony Edwards told NWI Times. Unfortunately, not even this gesture was enough to help Ben win the fight against the rare tumor, to which he succumbed at the age of fourteen.

The second part of the Marvel film "Black Panther", starring the late actor Chadwick Boseman, is scheduled to start shooting in July next year. Work on the sequel was originally supposed to begin in March this year, but the plans had to be postponed due to the death of Boseman, who played the main character T’Challa. The actor has been battling colon cancer for a long time, but has never spoken publicly about his diagnosis.

News of the filming of the next episode raised questions about how the main character would be potrayed. Victoria Alonso, the film's executive producer, said in a recent interview with an Argentine newspaper that computer-generated images (CGI) would not be used, so the main character won't be graphic designed. Fans will have to wait a while to find out who is going to play the main character of the Black Panther.

That's all from us for now, enjoy your Sunday, because as the Roman philosopher Seneca said:

"How long I live, that is not in my power. But that I really live as long as I live depends entirely on me."
