The 54th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival will traditionally host the philantrophic Hollywood ritual with luxury champagne in the main role. The popular “Toast for a Cause” will take place under the direction of the festival's president, Jiří Bartoška, and Jitka Schneiderová, actress and patron of the non-profit organization Hledáme rodiče, which the collected money will go to.
Moët & Chandon will contribute to the Hledáme rodiče (Looking for Parents) organization, which focuses on providing the family, whether biological or surrogate, with support. It will be granting families a certain amount of money for every famous person who attends this year's KVIFF and toasts to its health and fame.
Not a celebrity? Don't worry! You can also contribute. All you have to do is enjoy the famous Moët Impérial champagne in Moët 1869 Garden on the terrace of the Grandhotel Pupp, just like famous actors do. By purchasing the elegant bottle of Moët Mini, you'll contribute to the organization an amount of money that matches the number of this year's KVIFFs - 54 CZK.
Moët & Chandon has been a film champagne from the day Hollywood was born; it's been present in over a hundred movies since the 1930s. Not many people have a clue that this brand is actually the founder of the red carpet tradition in the world of cinematography! Even the most prestigious events, such as Golden Globes or Oscars, can't be held without this divine and delicious drink.
To mark the 150th anniversary of Moët Impérial, the brand has created a unique opportunity for you during the film festival. With a special device, which can also be found on the terrace of the Grandhotel Pupp, you can have a short message or confession written on a bottle of champagne. A beautiful, lasting memory of the 54th KV IFF guaranteed!
