To the festival with the Longchamp SS19 collection!
Modeling legend Kate Moss and the second youngest of the Kardashians – Kendall Jenner – side by side in the front row, thematically dressed in Longchamp luxury outfits. Such was the view for those who came to see the latest collection of the French brand. And what is the air of the SS19 collection? Festival!
Choose and compare different opinions:
Trends for next season? Fringes!
The luxury SS19 is rich in stylish gladiator sandals that are sensuously wrapped around the ankles, suede, leather, lace and animal and geometric patterns. The alpha and omega of the upcoming spring and summer seasons are fringes. At least one piece with them should not be missing in the wardrobe of any woman who follows trends.
Earthly shades are complimented with energetic purple
The latest Longchamp collection is created in the spirit of earthy and dark shades – black, khaki, brick, brown or beige, but also emerald, purple or claret. The collection consists mainly of stylish mini dresses, skirts and shorts complete with luxurious tops, jackets and vests.
The collection plays with color variations and an outfit in one shade is really rare. In general, the more colors you engage, the better. Thanks to the versatility of shades that really match, combining has never been easier.
Kaia Gerber was on the catwalk again
The main star of the show was once again the beautiful Kaia Gerber, who inherited not only charm from her mother Cindy Crawford, but undoubtedly also the passion for modeling. You would hardly find a model that is more common in world fashion weeks. Kaia wore a luxury model in brick, supplemented with pink-black knee-high sandals under and a purse of the same shade.
Spring/Summer 2019 in the style of dance?
Ok, maybe not quite dance, but looking at all the fringes I want to shout SHAKE YOUR BODY!!! Well, it will be spring and the first warm rays will definitely wake us up to some wild behavior.
The absolutely most successful model is definitely a combination of a shorter emerald dress with a white pattern and deeper neckline, all accompanied by "baby pink" fringed sandal boots. Lord, that's what I call sex-appeal in the middle of town! This outfit will either cause a car accident near the zebra crossing, or a couple of guys in suits will twist their necks on the street. And which one of us wouldn't want that, right...
What I would definitely avoid, however, is the outfit made up of the long khaki skirt, blue sandals, long sleeved T-shirts and totally AWFUL leopard vest. This is really hell and a big misstep in an otherwise totally successful show.
