And in addition to the plethora of well-acclaimed as well as beginning artists, you can look forward to two new perks. The first is the option to buy selected pieces from the FW20 collection right there and then, and the second is the fact that due to health measures, the organizers decided to merge the spring and autumn editions into one this year.

Time will show

Although all guests had their temperature taken before they stepped into the grounds of the Monastery of St. Gabriel and close eye was kept on face mask wearing in inside spaces, the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The visitors looked like they were having a great time and were excited about what this year's festival would bring them.

"I am very glad that, with all measures against Covid-19, this week can take place at all. Fashion is largely influenced by what is happening in the society, whether it's Covid or something else. It's important to monitor how much it affects the fashion industry, but I don't have an answer to that yet. I think it will take a little longer to show,"
