A battle for fame or a peaceful display of artistic talent?
The Czech Grand Design Awards highlight the achievements of many artists within the past year. The announcement of this year’s winners took place on March 20 at the Estates Theatre.
What might you notice? The tradition and strength of crafts, as well as modern, progressive and bold creative solutions are the way to combat mass production from Asia. This year’s awards noted a great rise in interest in ecology and sustainability. So let’s be original, and let’s not submit to mainstream trends and Must Have slogans.
